At KAYALI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Fragrance
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
